The Dairy Waddesdon Manor has to be one of the most unique wedding venues in Buckinghamshire. In a past life it was a cow shed (Hence the name The Dairy). Today it is now a luxury 5 star wedding venue set within the grounds of Waddesdon Manor.
With its quad shaped buildings, beautiful grassed court yard and private lake its easy to see why this wedding venue is so popular.
It was my absolute pleasure photographing Mandy and Tony’s Wedding, especially as I have had the pleasure of knowing Mandy and her family for some years.
I love the ceremony location overlooking the lake, it really is the most romantic backdrop to the civil ceremony.
Mandy and her bridal party got ready in the Buttery just across from the The Dairy. The Room was filled with lots of excited giggles as everyone got ready.
The Terrace was all set up for the wedding ceremony and the winter garden ready in case the weather didn’t hold. We were very lucky the predicted rain didn’t materialise until late into the evening.
After the ceremony everyone enjoyed the courtyard and a wonderful reception. A few group photographs and lots of fun with the garden games.
I think the highlight of the wedding breakfast was the entrance of the secret singing waiters. You only need to take a look at the photographs below to see Mandy’s mums surprised face and how it raised the energy after the wedding breakfast.

We have known Julia as a family friend for a while and she has photographed a few of our friends weddings.
We visited a few wedding fairs and after seeing Julia at them, she really stood out as extremely professional. The quality of her work was outstanding. All through the build up to the wedding she was full of good advice and attentive to our ideas.
On the big day Julia was amazing. She has enough authority to rally the guests and get the shots that everyone needs but also a calming and relaxed demeanour that she was able to really capture the natural moments unobtrusively. Nothing was too much and when an issue arose in the morning Julia went above and beyond to help out.
We cannot recommend Julia highly enough and it was a pleasure to have her as our photographer on our wedding day.
