South Farm Wedding Venue in Royston
Set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Country side South Farm is an eco friendly family run wedding venue. The stunning natural gardens which are beautiful all year round. I am sure this was one of the many reasons Millie and Owen fell in love with South Farm for their late Autumn wedding.
Are you animal lovers, if so you’ll enjoy sharing your wedding with the residents. From Pigs and sheep theres some great photos to be had.
The barns are charming ceremony and wedding breakfast venues. Because the barns have such a rustic charm they can hold stunning or minimal decor your vision will look stunning.
With the Farm house comes the bridal suit or more over your private apartment with space for getting ready in a private space. I love the light and airy feel of the bridal suit.
As nerves can play a big part have you ever considered a 1st look? It maybe a tradition in the USA but it is really gaining popularity here. Millie and Owen had a lovely 1st look which really was special to capture for them. The 1st look gave them some private time together ahead of the ceremony. Millie mentioned it also really helped with the nerves of walking down the Aisle.

Julia made our day so comfortable, she took all the awkwardness out of the portraits and all of our guests said how brilliant and lovely she was. She made every part of our experience so special, even collecting our photos, she’d put together the most special slideshow. I would recommend Jules to anyone.
Best Memory of the Day
There were so many amazing memories but two that stand out were our 1st look which helped take away our nerves. Everyone says the day goes so quickly and you don’t get much time together alone. Julia made sure we had some time just after the ceremony while she set up the confetti photographs it was a very special time for us.
