Our wedding was a multi-cultural ceremony celebrating Jewish and Iranian heritage. There was a lot going on, with a parade of family members dancing down the aisle, multiple wedding bands including musicians playing darbuka drums and a very personalised ceremony. It is common at Jewish weddings to have several photographers to capture the multiple elements and in the run up to the wedding more than a few people questioned our choice to have just 1 photographer on their own. They couldn’t have been more mistaken! Whilst other photographers may have needed a team of people to be able to photograph the multiple aspects of a fast paced wedding, Julia did not miss a beat. She captured every single moment. Julia was very diligent ahead of the day proactively meeting with us several times in the run up. She made sure we explained the order of the day, where she should be, the style of photographs we wanted and who should be in the photographs. She wasn’t afraid to jump straight in, she was creative in her approach and the photos capture the entire day perfectly. Julia even managed to grab us to get a shot in the rain under a double rainbow. Julia is exceptional and we can’t recommend her enough. We feel very honoured that Julia was our photographer and will be forever grateful to her for making our wedding dreams come true.
