When I suggested to Amy and Jon the benefits of having an engagement photoshoot, they jumped at the chance for us to get to know each other better.

Being bluebell season I suggested a woodland photo shoot and this fitted in with the theme of their wedding so meeting up at a local beauty spot I know was the perfect location.

I always suggest an engagement photoshoot with my wedding couples, the reason, well to be honest not everyone loves having their photograph taken, I can get to know my couples better, give them the confidence in having their photographs taken but most of all give you time together as a couple to have fun and a giggle.

Below are a few of the beautiful photographs we created as well as a few words about the shoot from Amy + Jon …

“We came across Julia by happen-stance on google. I contacted her after looking at some of her work and completely fell in love with her style of photography. My fiancée and I arranged a meeting where she displayed some of her work and we fell deeper in love with her as you can see that this is not just a job it’s completely her passion and it shows through her enthusiasm, her knowledge and photographs. I would completely recommend her. My fiancée “doesn’t do photos” but Julia put him as ease. She recommended an engagement shoot before the wedding as so to get to know one another and put our minds at ease knowing that we are in safe hands. I would 100% recommend. Thank you Julia”. ❤️❤️
